Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® Digital Badge

Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® Digital Badge

Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® skills are recognized, respected and valued throughout the aging industry, yet seamlessly communicating your abilities and achievements can be challenging, until now.

What is Digital Badging?

The Society of Certified Senior Advisors understands that communicating your credentials in an ever-expanding online marketplace can be challenging. That is why we have partnered with Acclaim, a part of Pearson, to provide you with a digital version of your credentials, available at no cost. Digital badges can be used in email signatures or digital resumes, and on social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. This digital image contains verified metadata that describes your qualifications and the process required to earn them. For a better understanding, watch this short video:

How Do I Claim My Digital Badge?

You will receive an email invitation once you have successfully completed all program requirements. All current Certified Senior Advisors should have received an email invitation encouraging them to claim the digital version of the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® credential. If you did not receive your invitation or need another invitation sent, please contact society@csa.us.

How it Works:

  • 1) You will receive an email notifying you to claim your badge at our partner Acclaim's website.
  • 2) Click the link in that email.
  • 3) Create an account on the Acclaim site and confirm your email.
  • 4) Claim your badge and start sharing.

How Do I Share My Digital Badge?

The Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® digital badge is a digital version of your certification, skills and qualifications. You can share your badge on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, in an email signature or embed it in a website. Digital badging makes it easy show your colleagues, friends or potential employers:

  • • When you earned the certification.
  • • What key skills are associated with the certification.
  • • What it takes to qualify for the certification.
  • • The work you do to actively maintain the certification.
